Why is this announcement on the Sunshine District Website?
Well, if you check out our Sunshine District History page, you will see that the Sunshine District was included in the Dixie District and was known as the Citrus Region from 1948 through 1957. We thought it was appropriate that the Sunshine District membership know about the event in case some of you want to join the party and support our history.
